X3 Suki — Terms of Use

Version 2026-09-23

Draft — not yet reviewed by a lawyer. This sets out honestly how the service actually works, which is the necessary starting point, but it is not legal advice and it has not been checked against the consumer-protection, gambling, prize-competition or distance-selling rules of any particular country. Have a solicitor or attorney review it — and tell them about the sell-back and cash-out mechanics specifically — before taking money from the public.

1. What this service is

X3 Suki sells randomised packs of collectible trading cards. You pay a fixed price for a pack; the pack returns one or more cards whose value is determined by a published odds table at the moment you buy. You may keep a card, sell it back to us at its listed value, or — where available — request physical delivery.

Packs pay out less than they cost, on average. That difference is how the service is paid for. The exact average return for every tier is published on the pack before you buy and is typically between 74% and 83%. Over many packs you should expect to have spent more than you received. Do not use this service with money you need.

2. Age and eligibility

3. The odds, and how to check them

Every tier publishes its full value bands and their probabilities before purchase — not a rarity chart, the actual figures the roll uses. Each rip is committed in advance: we publish a hash of the server seed before the roll and reveal the seed afterwards, so you can recompute any result yourself and confirm it was not chosen after the fact.

A cold-streak floor applies: after a set number of consecutive packs returning under a published threshold, the next pack is guaranteed to return at least its own cost. The current values are shown on the buy screen.

4. Your balance

5. Cash-outs

Cash-outs are paid in ARAYA Energy, and the amount you can take out at once is limited by how much of that coin can actually be traded. ARAYA is a small-cap token. Selling a large amount into a thin market moves the price against the seller, so a single cash-out is capped at a published fraction of the tradable pool. The cap rises as the pool grows and is shown live in the Funds panel.

6. The pool and locked balances

A portion of some outcomes may be placed into the ARAYA pool for a fixed term at a published rate. Locked amounts are denominated in ARAYA, not dollars. The rate is real and is paid in ARAYA, but the coin's price moves both ways, so a locked balance can be worth less at the end of the term than it was at the start. A lock is not a savings account, not a deposit, and not a return you should count on.

7. Physical cards

8. Identity verification

We may ask you to provide a government-issued photo ID and matching address details before physical delivery or a larger cash-out. Your document images are reviewed by a person and deleted within days of the decision — what we keep afterwards is the outcome, your name, and a record of who viewed the images and when. Every access is logged. See our privacy notice for details.

9. Refunds

10. Suspension and closure

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, that we reasonably believe is being used fraudulently, or where we are required to do so. Where an account is closed without fault, any unspent balance will be returned subject to the same verification and cash-out limits described above.

11. Things we do not promise

12. Changes

We may change these terms. When we do, the version here changes and you will be asked to accept the new version before buying a pack or requesting a cash-out. Your previous acceptances remain on record and govern what happened under them.
